Important General Policies at the Hollywood Majestic
Shows at the Hollywood Majestic are ALL AGES, unless noted on the calendar listing.
Shows have a suggested TWO ITEM MINIMUM purchase PER ADULT, except if the show is a children's show.
Once you purchase a ticket there are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES.
NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED LATE TO ANY SHOW *Please make your entire party aware of the start time for the show. We suggest arriving 30 minutes before showtime. You'll have plenty to do if you get here early, but you won't get in if you're late. We hate to turn people away who have bought tickets, it is very uncomfortable for everyone.
ANY PERSON WHO HAS NOT ARRIVED BY 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE STATED START TIME OF ANY SHOW IS SUBJECT TO THE FORFEITURE OF THEIR TICKET. This means you will NOT be let in late, even if someone else in your party is inside and "holding your seat for you." Even if you have reserved VIP seats. PLEASE allow yourself time to get here on time.
No pictures or videos of any kind are allowed inside the theater, unless otherwise posted. Failure to adhere to this policy will be cause for removal from the theater.
Location and Parking
We are located at 671 N. Berendo Street, Los Angeles, CA, 90004. You will need to find street parking and walk the rest of the way to the venue. Finding street parking on Melrose, or just North of Melrose around LACC is usually easy. A map is posted below to assist.
Once you park, walk South on Berendo Street past Melrose and you will see an alleyway immediately on your right. Turn down the alley and we are the fourth double doors on your right. Look for Signs!
Checking In/ Seat Assignments
You DO NOT need to print your tickets; when you arrive at the theater we will check you in by last name. If you purchased a ticket on our website, or at one of our ticketing partners, your name should be on the list automatically.
There are assigned seats for the "Reserved VIP" section only. Guests who have paid for these tickets may come straight into the theater as soon as we open the front doors (around 30 minutes prior to showtime). Your seats will be reserved with your name. A Majestic helper will be there to greet you and help you to your seats.
"General Admission" guests will be seated in the order of arrival.
At 5 minutes before showtime, we seat any remaining ticketed guests. At showtime, we close the front doors and release any unclaimed seats to the "Standby" list.
We do not allow late seating. Our theater is intimate, and it would disrupt the entire experience for all of our other audience members to try and find seats for late guests once a show has started.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY CUSTOMERS WHO ARRIVE LATER THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE SHOWTIME, EVEN IF THEY HAVE PAID FOR TICKETS. LATE CUSTOMERS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND, AND MAY NOT RESCHEDULE, BUT MAY COME TO A LATER SHOW ON GET ON THE "STANDBY" LIST. SEE THE FULL POLICY ABOVE.
Seats, besides VIP-level, are not allowed to be reserved or held.
Sitting With Your Group
In order to ensure reserved seating for you and your friends, everyone in the party MUST purchase our VIP tickets. If not everyone in your party has a VIP ticket, you will NOT be sat together. Regular admission seating is done on a first come-first serve basis, so we suggest if you want to sit together with your party that you have ALL members check in at the same time. There will be no "saved seats" for your friends if they have not arrived yet. If you attempt to save seats for members of your party that have not arrived yet, you will be told by staff to let others who are present sit in those seats or risk being asked to leave the show. If you ask to leave because your party cannot sit together, you will not be given an exchange or refund. While it's usually only a problem if someone is running late, we cannot guarantee all members of a party will sit together unless you purchase VIP tickets, which will give everyone in your party reserved seats.
Will Call Hours
Will Call opens no earlier than 30 minutes before show time.
No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the Hollywood Majestic. Because we are dedicated to helping our community and its small businesses grow, we work with several local caterers in order to provide a unique and delicious menu of food and beverages. This is why we insist on having a two-item minimum purchase PER ADULT, PER SHOW/EVENT (with the exception of children's shows). A menu will be available at check-in, and we will have merch available.
Please leave all electronics/cameras/phones/recorders at home or in the car. We don't allow texting, talking, or taking pictures, audio recordings, or video during shows. No cameras of any kind are allowed in, and please no recording of any kind.
